Do you work with colocation providers or on-premise only?+

Both. We regularly deploy into Equinix, Digital Realty and regional colos, and we run on-prem builds inside customer offices, factories and hospitals.

Can you take over an existing environment we've inherited?+

Yes. We start with a documentation and risk audit, close the immediate gaps, then modernise incrementally so you're never mid-transition and unsupported.

What availability can you realistically design for?+

Single-site N+1 designs hit 99.95% comfortably. True 99.99% requires multi-site with active replication — we'll be honest about the cost trade-off before you commit.

Do you help with hybrid cloud connectivity?+

Yes — Direct Connect, ExpressRoute and Interconnect, plus SD-WAN overlays for branch and remote-site traffic.

Can you support hardware refresh cycles?+

We plan and execute rolling refreshes with zero-downtime migration paths, decommission old kit responsibly and provide asset-disposal certificates.
